The Benefits of the Sandler Training


Robert Persiano lives in Roswell, Virginia, and has worked as the COO of Seneca Resources in Reston, Virginia, since the beginning of 2019. As a business and sales professional, Robert Persiano participated in leadership training hosted by the Sandler Sales Training Center.


The founder of Sandlers, David Sandler, realized more than 40 years ago that the sales model was broken, and salespeople and their clients both deserved better, and he designed a new methodology based on behavioral psychology. Sandler Training offers business people a number of different courses, and the one to start with is in sales.

The sales training was put into place based on the commonality that most people in sales do not have formal education or training in the field. This training provides salespeople with the core skills they need to be better at their jobs and understanding their customer’s wants and needs.

Trainees will gain access to the Sandler Seller System, and also receive training in numerous areas regarding sales. When the course is completed the trainee should be able to start sales conversations and ask better questions, be able to uncover a prospect’s budget and understand what they are looking for, as well as improving overall performance and closing sales.
